Classes are delivered in several ways, for individuals online or in small classroom settings at "Pathways sites", or in clusters within a local or church community. Several churches across Western Canada have become Pathways sites where students in close proximity can go to take classes. Camps across western Canada are also beginning to offer one-year-gap-programs that use Pathways.

Pathways powered by Rocky Mountain College is devoted to offering relevant programs that target those in need. These programs prepare students for the ever changing worlds of both counseling and social care fields. Students that participate in these programs are not only prepared to serve in these area of expertise but also within a leadership role of a ministry team.
